THE HISTORY OF CARNIQUES AUSA S.L
Ausa was founded in 1994 by four entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the sector. During this time, the Company has had a sustainable growth. In June 2018, the company was acquired by five new partners, to adapt to new challenges. Currently the Company Is owned by American shareholders, due to our great international expansion. The Company is made up of 70 workers, most of them Has extensive experience in the Industry. We count with a workshop, packaging area, blast freezers and cold storage Our activities include the deboning of heads, production of various types of trimmings and MDM, packaging, freezing and distribution of pork meat and by-products, both for national and international markets. In Ausa, more than 17 million kilos are processed per year.
